The EntreVET project aims to enhance the entrepreneurial capacities of VET (Vocational Education and Training) institutions by providing training to the staff and teachers. As part of this project, an evaluation mechanism and certification scheme have been developed to assess and recognize the entrepreneurial capabilities of these institutions.
The evaluation mechanism consists of a set of indicators that cover various aspects of entrepreneurial capacities. These indicators are divided into different categories, including skills and competences of teachers and staff, institutional services and support, mentorship, financial and tax consultancy, access to funding opportunities, partnership building, and general services.
These indicators and target values provide clear criteria for evaluating the entrepreneurial capacities of VET teachers and staff. Institutions that successfully complete the evaluation process based on these indicators can be awarded the EntreVET Certification, which recognizes their entrepreneurial capabilities.
The evaluation mechanism and certification scheme are designed to provide a comprehensive assessment of VET institutions’ entrepreneurial capacities and recognize their efforts in fostering entrepreneurship among students.
