Design Together
By educating VET providers so they may create curriculum that are in accordance with the demands of both the labor market and the digital economy, Design Together seeks to close the gap between the VET sector in and outside of Europe and the needs of the labor market. Also, through collaboration, the exchange of best practices, and the development of shared activities, representatives of the VET sector from two continents will eliminate their distances through the Design Together project.
Objectives of the project
1. Considering feedback from teachers/trainers, VET students, and trained VET educators in updating curriculum design and training reform methodologies in order to be able to modify VET training curricula in accordance with labour market needs.
2. By developing new methodological and instructional techniques for adapting to working contexts, we can increase the exposure of staff and senior teachers to strategies that bring the labour market and the VET sector closer together.
3. In strengthening the knowledge, technical, and pedagogical competencies of VET instructors in order to improve the skills and employability potentials of VET students.
4. In order to improve the digital and cross-disciplinary abilities that are in great demand, by creating new and creative VET education programs, VET learners’ competencies, skills, and employability potential will be cultivated.
5. In fostering international cooperation through collaborative activities.
6. Strengthening the connections between the labour markets of third countries not affiliated with the program’s VET system, in order to better match VET to possibilities in the local labour market.
