The Joint Staff Training in Greece for the Perceive Project has officially ended!
The 5-day event took place at AKMI International’s Headquarters and included a total of 30 hours of training! During the training, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the project’s QA Framework (IO2) and how they can adapt it to their own organizations. Specifically:
On the first day, the participants were introduced to the overall project and the project results. During the second and third day, they familiarized themselves with the three Axis of the Framework and on the fourth and fifth day they participated in exercises on the training material that was presented, engaged in conversation regarding the framework and their organizations and reflected on the training and project in total.
The joint staff training was a collaborative effort involving participants from the partner organizations of the Perceive Project. The training was highly interactive, allowing participants to exchange ideas and best practices from their respective fields.
The training received positive feedback from the participants, who expressed their appreciation for the knowledge and skills gained during the program. The Perceive Project consortium remains committed to improving VET attractiveness and Quality in future endeavours!
