EduAI
The EduAI project aims to address challenges and opportunities in Higher Education (HE) driven by rapid advancements in AI technology. It focuses on empowering educators and ensuring HE institutions are prepared for AI’s potential in transforming teaching and learning.
Objectives of the project
The objectives of the project are the following:
- Empowerment of Social Sciences HE Educators: EduAI helps educators integrate AI technologies into their teaching methods.
- Focus on Digital Readiness: Prepares educators to be digitally proficient and ready to use AI in their teaching.
- Innovative Learning-Teaching Methods: Promotes the adoption of new, AI-driven teaching strategies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Encourages collaboration and sharing of best practices across educational sectors.
- Collaboration Across Sectors: Fosters collaboration between Higher Education (HE), Secondary Education (SE), Adult Education (AE), and Vocational Education and Training (VET).
- Equipping Educators with Digital Skills: Provides educators with essential digital skills to incorporate AI seamlessly into pedagogical practices.
- Benefiting Learners: Aims to enhance learning experiences for students across various educational sectors by integrating AI.
Expected Main Results
- Comprehensive AI-Integrated Learning Framework: Enhances educators’ digital readiness with a multidimensional approach.
- Multimedia Innovator Showcase: Highlights innovative AI teaching methods.
- AI-Integrated Learning Blended Course: Boosts educators’ digital skills.
- AI Integration Insights Unveiled – Podcast Series: Provides insights into AI integration and promotes innovative teaching.
- AI-Integrated Learning Co-creator Lab GUIDE: Encourages innovative teaching practices.
WP1: Project Management and coordination
WP2:Project Dissemination and Exploitation, Sustainability and Impact
Dissemination Activities:
- Continuous updates of the EduAI HUB with project information and social media posts.
- Networking and promotional efforts, including:
- Flyers: one at the beginning to introduce the project, and another at the end to present the results.
- Periodic newsletters at key project milestones.
- Translated materials to engage the target audience.
- Active social media presence with content related to the project’s theme and activities.
- All partners will register dissemination activities using a standardized form.
Exploitation Activities:
- Four national conferences in partner countries, conducted in their respective languages.
- One international conference in Turkey, featuring two external keynote speakers, conducted in English.
- The events will be tailored to:
- Higher education social sciences teachers.
- HEI managers and staff.
- Other relevant stakeholders.
- Primary objective: Increase project visibility and provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the project’s outcomes.
- All events will be documented in exploitation and dissemination reports.
- An IPR agreement will be established to manage intellectual property.
- A Sustainability Declaration will be created for long-term impact, targeting associate partners, key stakeholders, and policymakers.

- An innovative and engaging course that incorporates AI tools into the learning and teaching experience.
- Designed to enhance the educational process by integrating AI technologies.
Guidance for Collaborative Innovation in AI Education:
- Provides guidance to encourage collaborative innovation and creativity within AI-integrated education.
- Aims to foster teamwork and new ideas in the field of AI education.
