EQAVET 4.0
EQAVET 4.0 aims to enhance the quality and relevance of vocational education and training (VET) by developing an outcome-oriented quality assurance framework called the “VET LOOP.” This methodology focuses on aligning VET programmes with real labour market needs through detailed sectoral mapping, task-based job profiling, and outcome assessment tools. It supports VET providers, employers, and policymakers in evaluating the effectiveness of training in preparing graduates for specific job roles. Key objectives include improving curriculum design, fostering stakeholder feedback, and creating digital tools for quality monitoring. The project promotes a participatory, data-driven approach to quality assurance, encouraging cooperation among European Centres of Vocational Excellence. Expected results include a digital VET LOOP platform, sectoral analysis reports, job profiles, policy recommendations, and a sustainable community of practice. EQAVET 4.0 will contribute to modernising VET systems across Europe, ensuring that training outcomes meet the evolving demands of the workforce.
