The mission of LUCA can be clustered around three main pillars: increased digital skills of commercial agents to perform virtual selling and inside sales through innovative training; increased capacities of partners to create attractive multimedia content; setting the basis for a certification process of the commercial agents’ advanced skills.

Objectives of the project
- Contribute to the Digital transformation by levelling up commercial agents’ digital skills for inside sales
- Help the European commercial agent’s better fit in the digitally transformed international business by selling goods, services and practice marketing strategies remotely and in a hybrid form
- Create an online training path based on the real needs of the labor world in order to help the commercial agents adjust to the modern world’s changes
- Accelerate the partner organizations’ competencies regarding the creation of innovative digital content

Expected Results
- Conduct a needs assessment to identify the current knowledge/skills of the commercial agents and their their learning needs.
- Define the methodology of the training and its online content.
- The commercial agents will receive synchronous and asynchronous training.
- Test the training with the final beneficiaries.
- Release the final version of the training.
- Partners will lay the foundation of the certification process.
