PrecAgri4All – Empowering Smallholders through Precision Agriculture Training is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building in VET project that aims to modernise agricultural vocational education and training (VET) in Ukraine and Georgia by integrating Precision Agriculture (PA) skills, tools, and methodologies.
Agriculture is a key economic sector in both countries, but VET systems remain largely outdated and disconnected from industry needs. At the same time, smallholder farmers—who own almost all agricultural land—have limited access to affordable digital and precision farming technologies. This creates a major skills and technology gap between large agribusinesses and small farms.
The project addresses this challenge by:
embedding precision agriculture curricula (EQF levels 4–5) into VET institutions,
training educators and students in digital, data-driven farming,
establishing Precision Agriculture Support Hubs and Living Labs for hands-on learning,
promoting low-cost precision agriculture solutions suitable for smallholders, and
strengthening cooperation between VET providers, agribusinesses, farmers, and policymakers.
Through EU–Ukraine–Georgia cooperation, PrecAgri4All contributes to sustainable agriculture, post-war recovery in Ukraine, rural development in Georgia, and alignment with EU priorities such as the Green Deal and Farm to Fork Strategy.
SO1: Strengthen the capacity of VET institutions in Ukraine and Georgia to deliver high-quality training in Precision Agriculture
SO2: Enhance the adoption of affordable precision agriculture technologies by smallholder farmers
SO3: Foster collaboration between VET institutions, industry, and agricultural communities to bridge the skills gap in PA
SO4: Develop and implement digital training resources and field-based demonstrations for PA
SO5: Promote internationalization and knowledge exchange in PA education through EU-Ukraine-Georgia collaboration
