RE-Direction
RE-DIRECTION envisages to introduce a new paradigm for Higher Education as a whole, which will be hopefully considered as an impactful and useful tool to be included in the agenda of each third country not associated to the Programme’s growth, building a strong, dynamic and supportive training package that also, includes the relevant infrastructure and organizational change needed for a modern society. In general, it will train staff and trainers, concerning the redesigned curricula developed and craft policy recommendations on connectivity issues of remote HEIs, with ultimate goals to equally meet the labor market needs as well as learners’ needs, match the essential skills and jobs, adapt to fastchanging workplace requirements and bring forward innovative skills. In detail, it aims at reinforcing Ukrainian and Georgian Universities with innovative forms of teaching, by redesigning and updating current curricula covering the triphasic spectrum of digitalization
Objectives of the project:
- Elevating the standard of higher education by fostering cooperation of HEIs
and Ministries of Education to promote reform in an institutional level - Creation and implementation of a common digital ecosystem with
concrete steps for online learning and e-learning tools and Development of
common updated programs for Ukraine’s and Georgia’s integration into the EU
Digital Single Market of the future - Augmenting the proficiency and aptitudes of students preparing students for the
digital economy - Fostering access, equity and inclusiveness in the higher education system
- Improving teacher training programs and upskilling
- Enhancing the resources available to higher education institutions and
pinpoint relevant frameworks and synergies - Mainstreaming cooperation between institutions and across national actorsRe

1. Development of a Methodological Framework for the readjustment of the current pedagogical methods applied
